Referral & Partner Programme – Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to both the Client Referral Scheme and the Partner & Agency Referral Programme.

1. Eligibility

  • Referrals must be new business customers and must not already be in discussion with, quoted by, or registered with ZenithPA within the previous 6 months.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • ZenithPA reserves the right to refuse or withdraw referral rewards where misuse, duplication, or abuse is suspected.

2. Qualification Period

  • Referral rewards and partner commissions are only payable once the referred client has:
    • Remained an active, paying customer for a minimum of 3 consecutive months, and
    • Continued on the same package or a higher package.
  • If the referred client cancels, downgrades, pauses, or fails to pay during this period, no reward or commission will be payable.

3. Rewards & Commission

  • Client referral rewards are issued as account credit only and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
  • Referral credit is capped at £200 per referred client.
  • Partner commissions are calculated on monthly subscription fees only, excluding VAT, one-off charges, usage overages, penalties, or refunds.
  • Partner commission is payable for a maximum of 36 months per referred client (10% for the first 12 months, then 5% for the following 24 months).

4. Payments

  • Partner commissions are paid quarterly, in arrears, subject to the referred client remaining active and fully paid.
  • ZenithPA reserves the right to set a minimum payout threshold.
  • Payment method (bank transfer or account credit) will be agreed during partner onboarding.

5. Changes & Termination

  • ZenithPA reserves the right to:
    • Amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral or partner programmes at any time
    • Adjust commission structures with reasonable notice
    • Withhold or recover rewards where terms have been breached
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

6. Relationship

  • Participation in either programme does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
  • Partners may not represent themselves as acting on behalf of ZenithPA or enter into agreements on its behalf.

7. Final Decision

  • All referral and commission decisions made by ZenithPA are final.
